For the best results, hair should be at least 1/8” long — about the size of a grain of rice. If you’ve shaved, allow at least 3 weeks of growth before waxing, or about 4 weeks since your last waxing session.
We recommend preparing your skin by exfoliating 2–3 times per week and moisturizing daily in the days leading up to your appointment, as smooth, hydrated skin allows hair to be removed more easily and results in a more comfortable wax. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before your service, as they can increase sensitivity. If you’re nervous about discomfort, you may take ibuprofen 30–60 minutes before your appointment, if it’s safe for you to do so.
Wear something loose, soft, and comfy to your appointment. Think cozy sweatpants, flowy shorts, or other breathable, relaxed pieces. Tight clothing, lace, or anything restrictive can rub against freshly waxed skin and cause irritation, so save those for another day!
No need to reschedule! You can still receive your Brazilian during your period — we just ask that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment. Our powder rooms are always stocked with feminine products if needed. If you’re not comfortable coming in at that time, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, as the late cancellation fee will still apply if not cancelled in time.
For most services, it is ideal to come in about once a month! We normally recommend clients return in 4-5 weeks for all bikini services. For underarms and facial waxing, we recommend clients return in 2-3 weeks.
We do not recommend waxing within 6 months of taking Accutane. We also advise waiting at least 1 week after using a topical retinol product on the area to be waxed before your appointment.

Policies
All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Last minute cancellations and reschedules will be charged 50% of the originally booked services.

We offer a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. If you're more than 5 minutes late, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to complete your full service. Please plan ahead and leave early to avoid delays. If we’re unable to accommodate your scheduled service, we’ll do our best to reschedule you, but you’ll be subject to our Cancellation Policy.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes past the grace period without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room during services. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms or left unattended in the lobby. Any extra guests are welcome to relax in our cozy waiting area while you enjoy your service.
